Hello, we are

Our story
We are a married couple based in Vienna and we would love to offer a loving home to a dog that needs one.
As we come from different backgrounds, our marriage is a point where we meet best from our upbringings in Serbia and Austria - love for animals is one.
While one of us was raised in Vienna, a neat and organised city, without abandoned dogs on the sight, the other was growing up in a suburb of Belgrade, where many images of poor street dogs tend to leave a mark. But most importantly, these images induce change. Over time, we managed to see the change in ourselves, within our close Serbian family and our animals-loving friends. The values had shifted from “loving animals” to “loving AND caring for animals”.
Once the two of us discovered shared love, it only grew stronger. We found homes for three street puppies and one grown stray and we are financing life for three dogs (in the picture below).
As we continue to take one small step at a time in order to live our values, we stopped buying and consuming meat and meat-based products and we opt for cruelty-free cosmetics.
Match from heaven
Because we have experience in living with dogs and we saw how different characters and needs can be, we are fully aware of what the best fit would look like for a minimal friction for both the dog and us.
small to medium in size
We wish for our dog to be our companion, meaning, coming with us where we go - to friends, caffes, vacations... In the current society smaller dogs still enjoy more allowance and cause less raised eyebrows.
minimal shedding
One of us is prone to allergies and having a dog with hypoallergenic fur would minimise the possibility of developing more reactions. Besides, we'd be happy if we welcomed a human baby too, so we would like to minimise the possibility for allergies there as well.
a female
With a female pup, we believe the temperaments will match, and we could grow and learn together.
